Our Approach
PRE-STRATEGY:
We first collected data from the client about the projected revenue against those 100 orders per day. And increasing of APP installs by a minimum of 50% within the first quarter of 2023. These data helped us define our KPIs, create a growth strategy and decide upon the required budget vs. expected (realistic) results for every quarter.
STRATEGY:
Step 1: We first worked on the ideal customer map. Identified their pain points which helped us identify the brand proposition for the campaign.
Step 2: Content strategy based on the target audience we decided to keep the contents appealing to ONLY a certain section of UAE population with the required spending capacity.
Step 3: Preparing the ad strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple search, Snap chat Step 4: Initiating a week of testings and then distributing the budgets as per the preferred platforms that came out from the test results.

What we identified immediately as an issue was that, Pitfire Pizza never had a brand identity, No streamlined advertising communication, inconsistent work towards Online community building, and less than average Google search visibility.
Step 1: Our content creators, worked diligently to develop a series of ads and campaigns for Social Media and Google Ads so that Pitfire Pizza speaks to their Online customers through a unique voice.
Step 2: Our SEO team worked on improving the Organic Google search visibility of Pitfire Pizza’s website for common searches like Best Pizza in Dubai, Pizza delivery near me, Pizza offers in Dubai, etc.
Step 3: Our target for Social Media ads marketing and Google ads marketing were tracked and connected such that via Google Ads we get new customers to view the website and then we show them Offer related ads on Social Media platforms like Facebook & Instagram

Understanding the services. Identifying their most-profitable and least profitable services by analyzing last one-year’s data. Then we did a competitor’s analysis in terms of budget spent vs. revenue.
